Complementary processes
Alongside expanded EVA moulding, our connection with Suolificio Mannini lets us offer an integrated service for medium- and high-complexity soles:
- Bonding preparation for EVA and other soles, by carding or UV treatment
- Assembly of soles and sole parts in EVA, TPU and rubber
- Pre-milled soles with welts and complex processing: multi-axis milling, laser engraving, 3D machining
